Meals & More Ambassador Cathy Amos joined in with the fun at Chalkwell Park, Southend. A city council supported event attended by children and families that attend Essex Blenheim Childrens Centre a club that Meals & More supports through Family Action.

The Family had a pop-up stand, with games and activity sheets and the hard-working team also provided packed lunches for all the kids.

At the event there was loads of activities including a range of inflatable fun for all! A 70ft assault course, large interactive bouncy castles, GIANT mega slides, and gladiator duels for those feisty few! With a football arena and football Darts in close proximity, all were eager to take part.

At the stand several new families signed up to be part of the club, which not only provides activity and support to families but also assists through a food hub. This is where families can make a small contribution, and each receive a selection of produce with lots of fresh fruit veg and meat to the value of £15 each week.
