Introducing Sam, The Meals & More Managing Director

Sam is an experienced charity leader with a long-standing commitment to improving children’s health, education and wellbeing.

Over his career, he has held senior roles within global charities, where he has worked to turn big ideas into practical action, combining strong leadership, good governance and evidence-led decision-making to help create lasting impact for children.

Before joining Meals & More, Sam worked at The Daily Mile Foundation and led the INEOS Forgotten 40 project, a targeted funding programme supporting primary schools in areas of high deprivation. This work reinforced his belief in the power of simple, locally delivered solutions to make a real difference in children’s everyday lives.

Sam is deeply motivated by the growing pressures facing children and families across the UK. At a time when need is rising and resources are stretched, he sees Meals & More as playing a vital role, bringing together public, private and community partners to ensure children can access the food, activities and support they need to thrive.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys running and spending time outdoors with family and friends, finding space to switch off and recharge.

We’re excited about the future of Meals & More and to have Sam leading the organisation as we continue to grow our impact for children and families.
