This December, we’re inviting businesses to unlock the power of match-funding and help bring
Meals & Joy to children facing food insecurity during the school holidays.
By making a pledge, you’ll enable every donation to be doubled during the Big Give Christmas Challenge (2–9 December) — creating twice the impact at a time it’s needed most.
Together, we can bring warmth, nourishment, and festive cheer to children who might otherwise go without.
Why It Matters
Meals & More is proud to take part in The Big Give,
the UK’s largest match-funding campaign. For one week only, donations made via the Big Give website will be matched — helping us reach more of the 2.2 million children in the UK regularly experiencing food insecurity.

Our fundraising goal is £50,000 in online donations — which, when matched, becomes £100,000, enough to:

Provide over 69,230 meals through trusted local partners

Distribute warm gloves to hundreds of children attending our clubs
To make this possible, we’re inviting corporate partners to join us early and help unlock this transformational funding.
Why Get Involved?
At Meals & More, we believe no child should go hungry — especially not during the school holidays, when free school meals vanish and hardship quietly rises.
In 2024, we supported over 35,000 children across 390 clubs — but with rising need, we aim to reach even more in 2025.

We’re calling on businesses — new and long-standing — to get involved in two key ways:
